1. When Can You Cancel an Order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once your order has left our facility, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, please contact us at support@cumonoi.com and provide:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Email address used during checkout
- (Optional) Reason for cancellation
We encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to avoid processing delays.
2. What Happens After Shipping?
If the item has already shipped, cancellation can no longer be processed. However, you can still request a return after receiving the package.

3. Pre-Orders and Custom Orders
Pre-orders and personalized items can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Because production starts quickly, we cannot cancel these items after that period.
Therefore, we advise you to review your order carefully before completing checkout.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
Once we approve your cancellation:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
