1. Cancelling Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it ships.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly at support@cumonoi.com with your order number.
  • If your order has not been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Orders Already Shipped

  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you no longer want the item, you can return it by following our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

3. Out-of-Stock or System Errors

  • In rare cases, we may need to cancel an order due to an item being out of stock or a pricing/system error.
  • If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 4–8 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
