1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
2. How long does delivery take?
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding Sundays and U.S. public holidays).
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB)
- Debit cards supported by the above providers
All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
5. Can I cancel my order?
- Yes, you can cancel an order before it has shipped.

6. What is your return policy?
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. How do I request a refund?

- Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 4–8 business days.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Yes. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

- Cumonoi does not store full credit card details.
