- Our customer support team will provide instructions and the return address (if approved).
- Please do not send items back without authorization.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–8 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
