1. Return Eligibility
You can return an item if one of the following applies:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 28 days of delivery
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, send an email to support@cumonoi.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- The reason for the return
Once your return is approved, we will send instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you on the status.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Cumonoi error.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider (some delays may occur)
- Still no update? Contact us at support@cumonoi.com
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different item, please:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order for the desired product
6. International Orders
We accept returns on eligible international orders.
However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
