1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. If applicable, this will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at support@cumonoi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer support team will provide instructions and the return address (if approved).
  • Please do not send items back without authorization.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–8 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • The request is made after 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items are used, damaged, or missing parts not caused by our error.
  • Items are returned without prior authorization.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Cumonoi covers the return shipping cost.

7. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order if it has not yet shipped.
  • If the order has shipped, the standard return process applies.
